(This article only applies to events run on a site not owned by you or your organization.)


We make it easy for to run your league, tournament, or other event right from your own online event listing, collect payments, and get paid.


For payments in US dollars


  1. If you haven't added your event yet, do so from the "Events" menu of the global toolbar.
  2. Click on Setup on the left sidebar and set up your registration and event price.
  3. Once registration is open, users will begin to register and will be prompted to pay via credit/debit card. All card payments will be processed securely on your behalf by us. You can track which players and teams register via the Registrants option on in the sidebar of your event.
  4. Payments will show up under Admin > Commerce in the global toolbar. 
  5. To review what fees are charged, click the Understand Charges link after clicking Setup inside of your event.

    *The site you are on may have its own rules that must be followed before payouts are allowed. Our system will make it clear whether your money is ready to be withdrawn from the "Commerce" area.


For payments in non-US dollar currencies


  1. If you haven't added your event yet, do so from the "Events" menu of the global toolbar.

  2. Click on Setup on the left sidebar and set up your registration and event price.
  3. Make sure that the event price is in the currency you'd like to accept. If not, go to Admin > Settings in the top toolbar and change your organization's "Culture & Currency" setting.
  4. A message will appear under Setup: A payment service must be enabled before registration can open for this event. Click here to enable a payment service.
  5. Click on the link, which will take you to the Payment Methods screen. Here, you can add PayPal, Bank Transfer, Cash, Check, and Interac (Canada). 
  6. For cash, check, and bank transfer payments, make sure to customize the text shown so registrants know how best to pay you by clicking on the pen icon.
  7. Once you're satisfied, click on End Preview and Return to List.
  8. Registration for your event will open and registrants will be able to pay you via this service.
  9. At the end of the month, you'll receive an invoice for our fees as a percentage of total transactions. To review the fees for your chosen payment service, navigate to Admin > Commerce > Payment Methods.
