Copying an existing event can save you time when creating a new event. This is useful, for example, if you run the same tournament annually. 

This function duplicates the Divisions & Restrictions, General Price (but not price points), Data Collection, Add On Products, and Optional Settings of the original event. It will also copy the event location(s), tags, and coordinators. 

**Note: You will still need to add the event overview, registration dates, price points, and waivers to the new event. 

How to Copy an Event

  • Go to Events on your global toolbar, click +Add Event

  • Click the copy button (near the page title, top left)

  • Look up the past event that you wish to copy (the event must be public)
  • Add the name & date for you new event
